☙ Notes, Links, & Musings ❧
✦ ✦ ✦

Welcome to my personal archive, where I collect all sorts of thoughts, writings, and other miscellaneous mental ephemera. My philosophy behind this site is that, unlike a blog or profile, content here accumulates and grows. Entries are planted, tended, and occasionally harvested into something more substantial. So there’s quite a lot here that might be very incomplete!

    Spaceflight Optimism & Pessimism

Artemis II is flying by the Moon today. This is an incredible moment of scientific achievement & international cooperation. One that will live in history books for centuries, I'm sure. It's exciting!... However, it does leave the back of mind mind to think about the complex feelings I have about it all.

    Be Flexible Not Arbitrary

Flexibility ultimately comes from how you approach things. The way your rules page is organized means very little if your team is too afraid to act contextually. This is where fostering an internal culture of adaptation becomes so important.

Setting aside the everything else about it, watching SLS leap off the pad and into orbit with *gusto* is always an incredible treat! Good luck and godspeed to Artemis II!

The site is actually functional, with most of the major pages ready to go. I'm pretty excited to get some content up, though content writing has always been a weak spot for me. Might be good practice!
